FAQ
Embroidery: We can accept a PNG or JPEG file. If you do not have this please send over a photo of your current workwear and we can see if our artwork team can work their magic for you.
Print/ Transfer: We require an AI or EPS file. This is to ensure that your logo is the highest quality & to avoid any redraw fees. If you do not have these formats please send over as a PDF & our artwork team will review to see if the quality is suitable.
We accept all major credit/ debit cards & PayPal. Bank transfer is available, bank details will be provided at checkout.
Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.
We can accept returns for plain items returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Customised garments are unable to be returned as we cannot reuse the garments or return to supplier. If you have received a faulty item please contact our sales team.
For orders over £100 we offer Free Delivery to GB Mainland. Orders under £100 have a delivery charge of £7.50.
